Young Diplomats Program
The NexCon x Kalpataru - Young Diplomats Program is a collaborative initiative designed to cultivate diplomatic skills, global awareness, and leadership qualities among young participants. It merges NexCon’s expertise in career and technical education with Kalpataru’s mission to foster social impact and sustainable development, creating a unique program that equips youth with critical skills for global engagement. We have taught 20+ kids from the ages 9-14 since September 2024, taking special camps as well. We conduct classes for 2 hours every Saturday for two batches: juniors and seniors. We aim to continue with this skill development initiative and are currently looking for more facilitator volunteers.

We plan to conduct career awareness workshops in both private and public schools to promote career literacy and broaden students' understanding of the diverse opportunities and pathways available to them. In today’s fast-paced, competitive world, it is essential for younger generations to continuously learn and upskill to thrive. Being well-informed is perhaps the greatest asset they can have in pursuing their dreams and aspirations, and these workshops are designed to empower them with the knowledge they need to navigate their future confidently.
